Two 4SR suits in BMW Factory Team flame!

The presentation ceremony of the factory teams of the German manufacturer took place on Wednesday, January 15, at the BMW Motorrad Welt, located next to the BMW Motorrad factory in Berlin. During the presentation, the teams and riders showcased the new generation BMW M 1000 RR motorcycle.

On stage were members of the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team, led by world champion Toprak Razgatlioglu and his teammate Michael van der Mark. The second factory team was the BMW Motorrad World Endurance Team, consisting of Markus Reiterberger, Sylvain Guintoli, and Hannes Soomer, with a new addition - Steven Odendaal. Additionally, part of the BMW presentation were British riders Peter Hickman and Davey Todd, who will race for FHO Racing BMW 2025 in international road racing and the British Superbike Championship (BSB). 

For us at 4SR, and especially for our customers, it is gratifying to know that the 4SR suits are such high-quality in sports equipment that two riders from the BMW factory team, Hannes Soomer and Steven Odendaal, will wear them for the upcoming season. 

Last year, the BMW Motorrad World Endurance team, led by Werner Daemen, secured third place overall. Reiterberger has been part of the project from the very first season in 2019/20. For Guintoli and Soomer, this is their second season with the team, while Odendaal is a newcomer this year.

What is #38 Hannes Soomer looking forward to in the new season, and what does he say about his new suit?  

“I’m looking forward to getting back to work on the track with the BMW Motorrad World Endurance team. It’s been a long winter since our last race, and just putting on the suit for the presentation was very pleasant. I’m proud of how far we’ve come together with 4SR, from our collaboration in WorldSSP in 2019 to riding in the BMW factory team in 2025; I’m getting suits that make racing a joy.” 

What did factory rider 4SR #44 Steven Odendaal say about his new engagement and his 4SR suit for the upcoming season?

“I am really happy to announce my factory ride with BMW in 2025. I believe I can offer my experience and expertise to my new team!
