New speed record on North West 200

We dress champions, and we are proud of it. 4SR factory rider Alastair Seeley set a new track record at the North West 200 circuit in Saturday's race. The renowned 14.4 km long "The Triangle" circuit was conquered in a remarkable time of 4 minutes and 19.4 seconds, with an average speed of 124.484 mph (200.337 km/h). For the postman from Carrickfergus, who often humorously remarks that he is only a part time racer, it was his 29th victory on this circuit.
The North West 200 is widely regarded as one of the most dangerous road races in the world because the "Triangle" route runs through narrow public roads between several Northern Irish towns. Riders not only have to deal with uneven surfaces and road conditions but also ride in close proximity to walls, fences, curbs, and other obstacles around the track.
Alastair Seeley #34 (BMW) currently competes in the Superstock and Supersport classes and has been wearing our 4SR suits since 2017.
