Airbag Vest Tech-Air 7x

TECH-AIR®7x offers complete protection of the shoulders, chest, back, and also with an extended section which protects the tail bone. It also features a low-profile back panel with a comfortable, breathable, and sophisticated stretchy vest. 

This system is ready to be inserted into AirbagReady® jackets and suits. It also allows a wired connection to the panel with LED diodes on the forearm for better access to the information on the current state and functions of the airbag vest. After the airbag is activated, users can personally replace the gas cartridges. However, after the fourth activation a check by an authorized service is required. 

Technical description: 

• Suitable for race track riding and free time sport riding. 
• Protection of shoulders, chest, back, tail bone, and torso together with passive back protection thanks to a CE certified back protector. 
• Active electronic system includes 4 detection sensors. 
• The system complies with the requirements of the FIM organization. 
• The vest is CE certified according to category II PPE (personal protective equipment) according to EU regulation 2016/425. 
• CE certification of the airbag system is endorsed by Dolomiticert laboratory standards for electronically activated protectors with air protection. 
• Back protector extended to the tail bone, certified according to EN 1621-4:2018 Level 2. 
• The quickest inflation time > 44 ms (inflation speed varies depending on the vest size). 
• Integrated LED display located on the front cuff closure displays the current system activity, current battery status, and the remaining number of activations. 
• Option to connect to an external LED panel on the sleeve. 
• Charging via USB-C connector. 
• Certified for use in temperatures from -10 °C to +50 °C according to ECE R10 04. 
• Extensive perforation system for excellent airflow. 
• Stretch panels on the sides of the torso to ensure a perfect fit to the body. 
• Deflation system using an automatic release valve. 
• The inner bag of the system is certified for up to 4 consecutive inflations. 
• The end user can replace cartridges on his/her own. 
• Replacement of the bag and ensuring a preventative professional service check,  should be dealt with the help of an authorized service center to comply with the full warranty product conditions. 
• The recommended interval for preventative professional service checks is 2 years or 500 moto-hours of active riding recorded within the vest's telemetry.
